Welcome to Cleaning Care Services. By accessing or using our services, website, or engaging with us in any form, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Cleaning Care Services provides professional cleaning and housekeeping services, including but not limited to: residential cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, short-term rental turnover, sanitization, and more. Services are provided based on client specifications and agreed-upon terms during booking.

2. Booking & Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by our team.
We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services based on availability, location, or unsafe conditions.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the size of the space, type of service requested, and any add-ons.
All charges must be paid in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as permitted by law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing access to the premises at the agreed time
Securing valuables and fragile items
Notifying us of any special instructions or concerns in advance
Keeping pets secure during service (if applicable)

5. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued unless Cleaning Care Services fails to meet the service agreement and cannot correct the issue.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Cleaning Care Services is fully insured and takes great care to prevent damage or loss.
However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from faulty surfaces or fixtures.
Clients must disclose any surfaces or materials requiring special cleaning methods.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect the privacy of our clients. All personal information and property are treated with strict confidentiality. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination of Service

Cleaning Care Services reserves the right to terminate service at any time due to non-payment, abusive behavior, unsafe working conditions, or breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and media, is the property of Cleaning Care Services and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State or Country]. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court in the appropriate jurisdiction.
